Eric Trexler: Comparisons, Increasing Activity & What You Need to Know About Caffeine

In today's episode, Stuart welcomes Eric Trexler. Eric is a pro natural bodybuilder and a sports nutrition researcher. He has several years of University-level teaching experience, and has been coaching athletes with a wide variety of backgrounds and experience levels since 2009. Dr. Col Robertson & Mel Spooner: Long COVID & Fitness Industry Predictions

In today's episode, Stuart welcomes Dr Col Robertson & Mel Spooner.  Together, they run a company called CAWS. CAWS is a company that is helping trainers and coaches navigate the tricky waters of working with clients who have had COVID-19.
