Eric Cressey: Fitness Industry Success (Repost)

In today's episode, we have a reposted episode Eric Cressey of Cressey Sports Performance. I can't imagine Eric will need much of an intro but just in case, he is the president and co-founder of Cressey Sports Performance, with facilities two facilities located in America.  He's helped athletes at all levels - from youth sports to the professional and Olympic ranks - achieve their highest levels of performance in a variety of sports. He's produced five books, four DVD sets and written over 500 articles which have been featured in places like Men's Health, T-Nation and ESPN.   In this episode Stuart and Eric discuss:
