Starting as a laborer, his responsibilities included sweeping floors and maintaining cleanliness at job sites. Through a series of promotions, Rick spent eight years in the field, primarily in charge of running projects. This hands-on experience paved the way for a transition into office roles, culminating in his rise to the position of VP/Director of Construction. Throughout his career, Rick had the opportunity to build, oversee, and complete projects valued at over $300 million, encompassing a wide range of constructions such as high-rises, restaurants, entertainment venues, strip centers, gas stations, convenience stores, large site developments, tilt wall structures, hotels, and self-storage facilities. In March 2023, Rick left his regular employment to fully immerse himself in land investing.
