Getting Unstuck after Addiction and Trauma with Author Britt Frank

In this raw and vulnerable episode, I spoke with Britt Frank, a licensed Neuro-psychotherapist and author of "The Science of Stuck: Why You Get Stuck and How to Get Unstuck".
