Trauma Release And Masculine And Feminie Energy With Suzanne Jayne Taylor

It’s one Milly Philly, that’s right one of Philly’s latest TikToks has reached one million views. The clip is from an earlier podcast with Dr John Gray and it got over three thousand comments, and  a fair few of them were from women who weren't too pleased with what Dr John Gray had to say around women, orgasms, and vibrators. EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping and Limiting Beliefs)

Breathwork- Retreats and 30 Day Fasting

THIS EPISODE IS TO ACCOMPANY THE SHORTLY AVAILABLE FULL-FASTERCLASS-SERIES ON NATURAL HEALTH In 2020 during the first lockdown, Philly discovered breathwork when she stumbled across a breathwork retreat. You can live thirty days without food, three days without water, and less than three minutes without air. Is air more important than your food? That’s one of the topics of discussion this week on The Wellness Way as well as some really helpful breathing techniques.  KEY TAKEAWAYSBad breathwork is a common cause of ill health, leading to low energy, low mood, and low mental clarity. Overbreathing causes oxidative stress eventually leading to inflammation, as Harvard have proved, inflammation causes dis-ease. Breathwork allows you to breathe out more CO2, decreasing levels in your body and increasing the PH leading to your body being more alkaline. Our diets are very acidic so the alkaline allows your haemoglobin to pick up more oxygen and give out more oxygen. Intermittent hypoxia is when your body goes into the natural stress response because you have no breath in your body. This gives you the panic signal to breathe and releases adrenaline. Healing Peaks - Healthy Stress to Function Normally

We all need healthy stress in our lives to function normally, but constant stress can cause a myriad of problems. This week on The Wellness Way, Philly will be talking you through how stress affects the body, what we can do about it, and she’ll explain what we mean by healing peaks. KEY TAKEAWAYSWe all have traumas in our lives, big Ts and little Ts. The triggers build up from the moment we wake up from checking our social media, reading the news, rushing to get ready for work. They build up throughout the day and the stress causes inflammation in the body.We need to release these stresses or else they get stuck in the body and manifest. Dopamine is the feel good hormone which activates brain reward systems. Serotonin helps regulate mood, sleep, appetite, digestion, memory, and our ability to learn. Oxytocin, often called the love hormone, is essential for bonding relationships. Endorphins are our natural pain relievers which are activated by exercise, eating, and sex. When everything gets too much for the body the mind will make an unconscious decision to restore and find a resolution to deal with that stress. You’ll get a sign that everything is not well. DNA & Epigenetics - Environmental, Physical and Emotional Triggers

It’s called our Epigenetics. Every single thing we see, hear, feel makes an impact on our lives and on our health. This week on The Wellness Way With Philly J Lay, we’re looking at our DNA, the building blocks of our bodies. KEY TAKEAWAYSDNA is coiled around proteins, these proteins are the markers which single to activate or deactivate our genes. These markers make our epigenetics and cause the DNA to coil more tightly around the protein so that the genes cannot be read. When they are activated, the DNA gets unwound and makes it easier to read the genes and boost the production of beneficial ones. Even if you have had a bad diet and bad lifestyle, it’s never too late to change your DNA. We can’t live in a toxin free world but eating fresh food and not processed ones will limit the amount of toxins you take in. Be aware of the little changes you can make in your day to day life to protect your inside and outside from harmful toxins. The Heart- Physical& Emotional, the Intrinsic Cardiac Nervous System (Fasterclass full Episode!)
