We take energy from everything around us, the food we eat, the people we talk to, the things we touch. It’s protons, neurons and electrons interacting with each other. Every second our brains create memories which are stored as energy. We have the ability to store the equivalent of 2.5 million gigabytes of digital memory. 95% of this is stored subconsciously. Limiting beliefs are negative thoughts such as I'm not good enough or I'm not smart enough. My Journey in Natural Health (addiction, PTSD, Opiods) (Fasterclass Full Episode!)

THIS EPISODE IS TO ACCOMPANY THE SHORTLY AVAILABLE FULL-FASTERCLASS-SERIES ON NATURAL HEALTH Welcome to my fasterclass, the teaching of a masterclass but faster. In this first episode of The Wellness Way with Philly J Lay, you will hear my journey of self healing from a near death medical procedure, PTSD, addiction to opioids and alcohol, and years of grief that lead to many chronic illnesses including a tumour in my throat.  KEY TAKEAWAYS In 2014, Philly had a spinal fusion and they missed her spine with the anaesthetic. Her life wasn’t saved by a surgeon, but by the registrar who stayed by her bedside and told Philly to find her happy place. When Philly couldn’t find her happy place, the registrar brought Philly’s husband and children in and that’s when she found her happy place. After this event, Philly wasn’t just grieving her health but also lost her mother, sister, and her two closest friends in the world. She also had an addiction to opioids and PTSD. After four consultants in four days couldn’t tell her what was wrong, Philly decided to go on a journey to heal herself. She started with diet, detox and studying for hour and hour each night. In 2018 Philly was invited to an EFT (emotional freedom technique) course and the more she learned about energy healing the more her mind was blown, this started her journey towards also discovering the power of breath work. In 2020 Philly decided to write the Natural Wellness Journal to give more of the story of wellness than we were being told.
