184_Is the Carnivore Diet Right for You with Dr. Anthony Chaffee

Dr. Chaffee is a fierce advocate of the carnivore diet and has completely eliminated all plant-based foods from his repertoire citing them as toxic and carcinogenic. No fruits. No vegetables. No carbohydrates. No sugar. No artificial sweeteners. However, at BSL Nutrition we also believe that you need to develop the skills to become your own best nutrition detective, and for you that might be eating a high-fat, high-protein, low/no-carb carnivore-type diet. I also want to be clear that it is my opinion that the carnivore diet is not necessarily any better than a plant-based diet or a paleo diet or a Whole30 diet.
