198_How a Marine Father of 8 Overcame Diabetes: A Story of Strength, Health, and Hope

And in today's podcast, I'm sharing an interview that I did a few years ago with my buddy and BSL Nutrition client Gabe Daley. Gabe joined our Smart Nutrition Coaching Program in 2020. He was overweight, out of shape, and battling poorly controlled type-2 diabetes. He lacked the foundational principles of good nutrition and realized that if he continued on this path, he wouldn't be able to show up the way he wanted for his family.Gabe had been working with us for just six months at the time of this interview and his results were nothing short of amazing. He dropped more than 20 lbs, lost 4 inches in his waist, went down two shirt sizes, and even had to buy smaller underwear.
