Conventional medicine
Create a calming, electronic free sleeping environment

I walk you through the specific ways it manifests in your body and explain how many of these signs you need to exhibit in order to receive that diagnosis. From a conventional, western medicine point of view, there are a few steps you can take. Your doctor might prescribe certain medications, particularly SSRIs and Benzodiazepine, to help you handle the symptoms of anxiety. You might receive a subscription for them separately, or, in some cases, jointly.Your medical doctor should also recommend talking therapy to help you work through the reasons you’re feeling anxious. This might be in combination with one of the medications mentioned. In This Episode
