EP 087: Leveraging Your Location For Optimal Quantum Health

“I’m not going to become a recluse; I’m just going to embrace it and find something positive about being wherever I am,” says Dr. Sara Pugh, returning for her third appearance on the Quantum Biology Collective podcast. Dr. Sara discusses how to live an optimal quantum healthy lifestyle no matter your location, sharing insights from her experiences in a remote Swiss mountain village, the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, and her home in Yorkshire, England. She highlights the unique quantum benefits and challenges of each place, focusing on maximizing and appreciating all aspects of her surroundings, and choosing to view the world through love instead of fear.Dr. Sara also delves into the significance of structured water, emphasizing its importance on par with food and nutrition. She shares how she enhances her water with sacred geometry, filtering out negative information and incorporating positive energy. This perspective aligns with the belief of several thought leaders that humans are vessels for this sacred element.Join today’s episode of the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to learn practical tips for making the most of your environment, discover the healthiest airport and airline options, and hear about the humorous lengths Dr. Sara goes to create total darkness in her various homes.Quotes“I think it’s to do with this drinking water with energy and information in it, it can be profoundly life-changing because we are made of water and plasma, but the water, like I was saying before, some people think that we’re the vessels that carry the consciousness.” (19:13 | Dr. Sara Pugh) “Everything is energy and information and the information is more important than the energy.” (20:58 | Dr. Sara Pugh) “If someone waves a fancy machine at me, no, I’m not interested. If it’s something to do with water or nature or crystals or sacred geometry or all that kind of natural stuff I can’t hurt myself with, that doesn’t plug in the wall, that our ancients did, then I’m really up for it because it’s, like you said, it’s about reconnecting with natural things that aren’t very expensive and even if it’s all nonsense it will just do nothing, it won’t hurt me.” (22:41 | Dr. Sara Pugh) “What I’ve also learned and want to say about this is, and it’s something about the fear and love mindset: I’ve decided now, I can’t do anything about a lot of these things, so I’m not just going to become a recluse and live in a tent in Wales or not travel because of EMFs and being off the ground and all of these things. I’m just going to embrace it and find something positive about being in an airport or being in an airplane.”  (50:33 | Dr. Sara Pugh) LinksConnect with Sara Pugh, PhD:Socials & YouTube: @busysuperhumanWebsite: busysuperhuman.comThere's more to QBC: To receive our Podcast Guide, where we break episodes down by category & to receive updates from us, subscribe to our email list here: https://qbcpod.comYou can join the FREE QBC online community here. EP 078: The ICU Doctor Who Prescribes Sunlight As Medicine

“Melatonin is the most powerful antioxidant that we know of in the human body—the king of antioxidants,” says today’s guest Dr. Roger Seheult, whose Youtube channel MedCram, helps make complicated medical topics easier to understand. On this episode of the Quantum Biology Collective podcast, he breaks down the process by which melatonin mitigates oxidative stress at the mitochondrial level, thus preventing major diseases in the body. The best way to get melatonin? From infrared light. But it’s more complex than that. Dr. Seheult explains the two very different functions melatonin takes on during the day versus at night, where the body’s greatest concentration of mitochondria lay, and why Vitamin D is just the beginning of what the sun has to offer our bodies. This last point was raised throughout the COVID-19 pandemic—as well as the Spanish Flu pandemic of 1918—where light therapies were used to treat patients. Dr. Seheult discusses the pioneering work of John Harvey Kellogg, a study performed in Brazil in which COVID patients were treated with an LED jacket, and the impact of light therapy on COVID patients who were on the brink of being intubated for ventilation. Dr. Seheult shares his eight pillars of health—which form the acronym NEW START---and how a green environment enhances the absorption of near-infrared light.Quotes“The sun, and sunlight, gives us much more benefit than just Vitamin D.” (10:00 | Dr. Roger Seheult) “The body’s designed to maximize that light’s effect to get to the area where it’s needed the most, which is the mitochondria.” (29:33 | Dr. Roger Seheult)“How do you prevent oxidative stress at night? By limiting light exposure to the eyes at night. How do you maximize melatonin-mediated protection of the mitochondria during the day? Through the production of melatonin on site in the mitochondria through the pathway of infrared light exposure.” (45:42 | Dr. Roger Seheult) LinksConnect with Dr. Roger Seheult:Website:medcram.comSocials:https://twitter.com/MedCramVideoshttps://www.instagram.com/medcram/?hl=enhttps://www.facebook.com/MedCram/There's more to QBC: To receive our Podcast Guide, where we break episodes down by category & to receive updates from us, subscribe to our email list here: https://qbcpod.comYou can join the FREE QBC online community here.
