With that in mind, the goal is always to get a daily dose of DONE (Discipline Over Never-ending Excuses). He also focuses on ancestral eating, and marvels at how far we have strayed away from our original ways. As a result of his readings, he has gone from a ketogenic diet to a carnivore diet and has reaped remarkable rewards on many levels of fitness. Orlando has a bachelor’s degree in physical education and master’s degree in health education from Brooklyn College at the City University of New York. He has taught high school physical education and health at Leon M. Goldstein for over 25 years. Along with teaching, he has been the boys’ basketball coach for over 10 years. Just as strong as his passion for exercise is his passion for reading. In the last five years Orlando has read over one hundred books a year. His favorite topics are stoicism, psychology, exercise, nutrition, biographies, and any non-fiction books that happen to pique his interest. Currently Tom is working in Formula One leading the commentary for F1 TV, and is also leading Sky Sports Indycar coverage, including anchoring the studio for the world-famous Indy 500. Starting out as a racing driver, Tom soon swapped the steering wheel for a microphone after injury. Although Tom is best known as a motorsport broadcaster, Tom has also broadcast at the last two Olympic Games, and for Premiership Rugby. Tom has a vast motorsport knowledge, having been involved in the sport for almost 30 years. He also works on a variety of events for Discovery/Eurosport including the Le Mans 24 Hours, and the World Endurance Championship, among others. Greg gained attention in the U.S. and Europe for his research into the importance of biological rhythms and sleep and how they affect people’s lives.
