Tom Gaymor is a sports journalist and commentator, specializing in motor sports! Currently Tom is working in Formula One leading the commentary for F1 TV, and is also leading Sky Sports Indycar coverage, including anchoring the studio for the world-famous Indy 500. Starting out as a racing driver, Tom soon swapped the steering wheel for a microphone after injury. Although Tom is best known as a motorsport broadcaster, Tom has also broadcast at the last two Olympic Games, and for Premiership Rugby. Tom has a vast motorsport knowledge, having been involved in the sport for almost 30 years. He also works on a variety of events for Discovery/Eurosport including the Le Mans 24 Hours, and the World Endurance Championship, among others. In July 2011, Tom formed Tom Gaymor Consultancy Ltd (TGC) to bring all of his consultancy projects under one roof and to further create a professional platform from which to operate. TGC specializes in talent development, driver coaching, performance management and mentoring.
