Healing Meditation Music

In this episode Paul uses the highly requested music meditations which can trigger relaxation and healing is now available to listen to for you to meditate in your own way to. Sometimes we just need the music to work on something less guided and more personal.   Whilst listening to this powerful piece of music, you can: Observe your thoughts, let them come and go for around 10 - 12 minutes Practise observing negative thoughts, allow and accept them to be there.
