The 10 Tactical Weight Loss Tips You Can't Ignore
Tip #1: Get a kitchen scale. USE IT! - This tip is all about the importance of measuring your food accurately to ensure that you're not eating more than you think. We'll discuss why a kitchen scale is a must-have tool for any serious dieter and share some tips on how to use it effectively.
Tip #2: Use grams as much as you can - In this section, we'll explain why grams are the preferred unit of measurement for most dietitians and nutritionists. We'll also share some tips on how to make the switch from ounces or cups to grams.
Tip #3: Become a better cook - In this section, we'll talk about why cooking your own meals is so important when trying to lose weight. We'll share some tips on how to improve your cooking skills and offer some easy and healthy recipe ideas.

In the world of weight loss, it can be easy to get caught up in the numbers on the scale. While weight is certainly an important indicator of success, it's not the only factor to consider when it comes to measuring success.

Breaking the Yo-Yo Diet Cycle: A Mindset Shift
I used to struggle with weight loss and would constantly go back to cutting carbs, thinking the issue was with my willpower or genetics. But I eventually realized that my approach was the problem and that I needed to change my mindset and mentality to see lasting results. I learned that managing my weight was my responsibility and that it involved more than just food and exercise. I had to find the root cause of my weight issues and work on fixing it, whether that meant acquiring new skills, making emotional changes, or something else. I set a goal to become good at managing my weight and made a plan to achieve this goal through sustainable changes, tracking my progress, and setting achievable goals.
Today, I am happy to say that I have been able to maintain my weight loss and live my life the same way as when I was losing weight. By developing weight management principles and skills, I am now able to stay at my goal weight and feel confident and empowered. The process of slow and steady weight loss can be incredibly rewarding, but it won't work if you limit yourself with excuses.

Dieting helps you lose weight. Creating habits helps you keep it off. So if you want to be successful at maintenance, I want you to collect as many habits as you.
You cannot collect too many habits. That's like saying you can invest too much for your future. That means it's like saying you can have too much money for your retirement. What? No. Far too often we confuse dieting as the solution to our problem. The problem is not losing weight. The problem is you don't know how to not gain.
