For the past two years, I’ve been using this model to help hundreds of business owners & entrepreneurs create the life they seek.
Mindset is messy and confusing if you don’t have clarity. So I wanted to share the 3 corners of mindset I teach my clients.
In this post, I’m going to tell you exactly what those things are.

S3E07: Loneliness - The Hidden Struggle of High-Performing Business Owners
Most of the entrepreneurs and business owners I work with are lonely.
They get up early, and never really switch off from their work. Their partner loves them but doesn’t really understand. Their mates have real jobs.
What’s more, what they’re pursuing is difficult, and what is difficult is inherently lonely.
You are bombarded with self-doubt and questioning, and that compounds the loneliness.
When you do something difficult with your life, loneliness will strike.
Which would be fine if it didn’t completely derail you from your goals by leaving you second guessing your choices.
Loneliness isn’t just a shitty way to feel though. Loneliness is an inhibitor of your goals.
The irony is, you and I, us seekers of freedom, desire independence, but that independence often sacrifices connection.

S3E05: How To Destroy The Mental Block That Has Always Limited You…The Unconventional Way
In a weird way, the shame of not fighting back was always worse than the beating I took.
I lay lifeless on the floor, as fists slammed into me. I was just an observer of the physical assault.
I did nothing.
After the event, I would - ironically - beat myself up about not having the courage or the masculinity required to fight back.
That shame was the worst part.
Partly in a quest to destroy this shame I joined the military. I then started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I saw myself as a fighter and thought I was beyond it.
And at least physically, I was.
But when I was confronted with a challenge at work, I saw a familiar pattern. I shut down.
It looked like procrastination. It looked like laziness. It felt like fear and numbness combined.
I would look back at the day and wish I had acted differently. Just the same as when I was lying in bed as a teenager…wishing I had fought back.
Why could I logically know what to do, but physically not do it?
Why couldn’t I break free from these invisible chains?
This plagued me for years. I worked on my beliefs. I trained my character, but something was always missing.
18 months ago, I finally found the answer. It changed my life. It changed the lives of hundreds of high performers I’ve trained in this skill.
Today, I’m going to share it with you.

S3E03: How To Make The Hardest Decision In Your Life
I pressed send on the email. Immediately I felt sick. Tears stung my eyes & I felt like a colossal failure.
I had a dozen more messages like that to send. Including an email to every customer I had that I was terminating their work with me.
My stomach dropped at the thought of it.
I still had to tell my coaches that they no longer had work from me. These were people I considered friends and who had given so much to the business. To my business.
And I had let them down.
This was by far the hardest decision I have ever made in my career. But it was also the best.
Here are the key lessons I learned from that decision and how you can apply them too.

S3E01: Start Committing To Living Maximally
Are you playing the music? Or just playing the notes?
Last night was a surreal experience.
At the front of the audience was a stage where every musician for fifty kilometres took their turn in performing.
Teenage rock bands, a full orchestra, the local school, a choir, and naturally with this being France, a trio of accordionists, each stood on stage and delivered their recitals.
Some were incredible. Real musicians that made you FEEL the music. These musicians moved those of us in the crowd.
It felt smooth, and you could tell these were exquisite musicians.
The applause for them was both enthusiastic and sustained.
Others hit all the right notes, but the entire crowd fell flat and became awkward listening to them.
The applause afterwards was a mere formality - “thank you for trying”.
The weird thing is, these musicians performed virtually every note on their sheet music correctly, yet something felt…off.
But how can that be? How can you play all the right notes at all the right times yet underperform?
One is trying to avoid making mistakes and not be noticed.
The other is a master of their craft, channelling not just the quavers and triplets written on the page, but something within themselves too.
One is imitating greatness - repeating what the formula for success they’ve seen elsewhere… the other is publicly displaying their journey to find it within themselves.
And you, the listener, can tell the difference.
Are you simply just playing the 'right notes'?
