Minisode 609: On how I manifested the home I moved into

This episode is a continuation of minisode 606 from a few weeks ago, where I talked about doing the bare minimum when you’re feeling overwhelmed with life circumstances. Since then, I’ve moved in and am slowly settling into a new place after leaving my marital home. Over the last several months I’ve been journaling– part of that is writing down the same five things every day that I’ve been focusing on as my goals. One of those goals was finding a house as I embark on this new chapter of my life. Tune in as I tell you how I did it. This minisode also has a mantra/affirmation that I heard on social media a few weeks ago and have been saying over and over to myself. It’s an easy one for you to use too! I hope you love these minisodes as much as I love making them for you, and if you’d like private support from me, don’t hesitate to check out 1:1 coaching! Resources from this episode Minisode 606Book recommendations:I love a good personal development book, and you do too, right? Episode 605: Coaching Sydney on Reframing Emotions and Come Home to Self

This week I have a coaching session episode for you! Sydney, a life coach, joins me as we explore her feelings of being stuck about what she wants in the bigger picture of her life and how she is motivated to build towards something meaningful but isn't quite sure what that looks like yet.One key theme we uncover is the concept of coming home to yourself. At one point during our session, I suggested a possible reframe: “Coming home to yourself, it’s about those pivotal moments where we fully accept every part of who we are—peace, trust, stability, anger, rage—recognizing that every facet is breathtakingly beautiful.” We also explore understanding that, maybe, we can be our own anchor in the storms of life. You’ll hear us talk about: Craving clarity and the desire for connection, seeking an anchor in life. (8:17) Processing emotions: What if being oversensitive isn't a flaw but a human experience? (24:33) Reframing how we look at our emotions, especially Sydney's journey with anger and the inner work involved in understanding and working through it. Minisode 602: On how to let go of limiting beliefs

A friend and I recently were having a back and forth about love and relationships and our quest to learn and grow from them. I said to him, “All the men I’ve loved and cared about in my life have disappointed me and left me in some way or another. Family members included. Every one.” My friend pushed back and said, “You may not like what I’m about to say, but I think that’s a limiting belief.” Ugh. And recently, I stumbled upon a listener question…Colleen M. asks, “How do we actually get rid of limiting beliefs? I know you have covered this before but dig deeper to not just recognize them but banishing them.”In this short minisode, you’ll hear my reaction to my friend's opinion of my own limiting belief and my answer to Colleen’s question. Resources from this episode: My psychedelic therapy journeyBook recommendations:I love a good personal development book, and you do too, right?
