Lemme thought she was eating healthy and exercising a heck of a lot, but wasn’t seeing the results she hoped for or felt that she deserved from her efforts. #29: Ladies, we need to talk. Jealousy, competition, comparing, bitching - it needs to change.
Even though this one isn't about weight loss or health, I had to chat about this topic. Have you ever been triggered or jealous of a friend or colleague? Or, have you been on the other side of it and felt judged and alone when you have had success in some area of your life? Maybe you've had to play down your successes, or hide them from your loved ones... I certainly have, and I feel that this topic needs to be spoken about. In this episode, I just have a friendly rant and share my personal thoughts surrounding this topic because, I believe that women should be supporting women, day in and day out. I know that when I see another woman succeed, I think to myself "If she can do it, so can I". Let's quit the judging, comparing and bitching and create a world of support among women!
