why our inner critics can go f*** themselves

we think its time to tell our inner critics that they can go f*** themselves!! In this longer episode (our way of saying a quick sorry for not uploading last week 🥺)  we're taking some time to reflect on our experiences with our inner critic.  But first we want to understand all about what actually is the ‘inner critic’. We'll be exploring the philosophy and history behind this phenomenon, as well as the neurophysiology that underpins our self-critical nature 🧠.
