Caroline's sales career began by chance, starting with computer associates and later moving to Oracle. She fell into management by chance as well, but embraced it after realizing the power of teamwork and collaboration at Sprinkler.

Caroline initially identified as a lone wolf in sales, solely focused on achieving her numbers. However, her experience at BMC helped her mature and understand the importance of working together with a team. Joining Sprinkler provided a second chance to fully embrace teamwork and Caroline transitioned into a management role to contribute to the team's success.

As a sales leader, Caroline realized the significance of building a strong pipeline and ideal customer profile. She focused on targeting companies moving to the cloud and leveraging her knowledge of their pain points, ultimately generating significant new business for Sprinkler.
