The call to stop agriculture's war against the living world and restore ecosystems is emphasized.
A vegan diet lacking essential amino acids like tryptophan and fats can lead to brain shrinkage, mood imbalances, and hormonal issues. Eating grass-fed beef and bison, rich in key nutrients, can alleviate depression. Health concerns include brain mass reduction from B12 deficiency and unstable blood sugar levels. Adopting a meat-based diet can promote brain health, mood stability, and overall well-being.
Lierre Keith, author of The Vegetarian Myth, Is a former vegan who saw from the inside just how harmful this ideology was to her and other individuals, but to the planet itself. The good and kind intentions of people had been co-opted to push an agenda that did not meet the goals that it claimed to, and so Lierre set out to set the record straight and return not only people's health through proper nutrition of an animal-based diet, but to improve the environment and health of the world at the same time, in the same way.
