Believe it or not, this slump is caused by the food we eat. More often than not, we eat our afternoon meals which are super high in carbs - which eventually makes us feel sleepy. Ashdin shares that one of the top advices would be to keep a check on our diet - especially our lunch to avoid this. Another thing is to find something to be excited about and fix those appointments in the afternoon.
