I’m back with Dr Gabrielle Lyon to find out what drives her, to dig into her values and how she walks them out in her life. We start off talking about spirituality and Gabrielle shares the gravity she faces as she deals with actual life and death with patients. We talk about her navy seal husband who never complains. We of course talk at length about health and wellness and her own habits and get into how and why she is so driven. Dr. Lyon again, is board certified in family medicine and is a subject-matter expert and educator in the practical application of protein types and levels for health, performance, aging, and disease prevention.
