In this episode my 1:1 client Ida is sharing the challenges she has faced with food and body since she was young. She shares how she has overcome restrictive dieting, overeating, self doubt (and more), and how she now finally has been able to find balance with food and confidence in her body.
A very big part of Idas journey was believing in herself, as due to many "failed" attempts in the past, she had lost faith in her abilities to reach her goals. Since working together since September 2023, she has reached her goals - and more. And we are not done yet!
