After a realization and a conversation with his mother, the speaker made a significant career shift from a corporate role as a business development director to pursue his passion as a strength and conditioning coach at the age of 32. This week I’m joined by Jonny Pain, an ultra endurance athlete and coach.
As the title of this episode suggests Jonny’s journey to where he is now has seen many twists and turns.
After realising the street fighting life wasn’t for him, due the arrival of his first child, Jonny made changes towards a very different life. A life that’s seen him take on some of the most extreme ultra endurance races on the planet as well help shape what has become Hybrid training.
