Episode 149 ADHD and Prioritisation

It only took 149 episodes for us to prioritise prioritisation (even though we repeatedly call it procrastination throughout the episode, podcasting isn't easy you know) but the latest episode deals with ADHD and prioritisation. As usual, Alex the Psycho.......education Monkey provides the evidence behind the subject, all three ADHD Adults give their personal reflections on their varying prioritisation skills, and then 'Just The Tip' covers some top tips about prioritising. 'What has James lost, forgotten or mislaid this week?" returns with Alex somehow now 6-2 up for the year. The Metrics Intern continues telling us about the cities we have listeners in, and Alex reads his usual 'definitely real' correspondence, including possibly our favourite letter ever (thanks, Dave!). Alex really likes sharpening his axe (ding), Mrs ADHD isn’t sure if Nottingham has a secret underground network of hedgehog tunnels or not, and James gets his carts and horses mixed up...
