The study tested the Muse-S™ brain-sensing headband on 45 patients with Long Covid over 180 days. Participants used the device daily for 90 days, with another 90 days of follow-up.
Findings: - improved cognition, sleep, self-efficacy, and quality of life after 90 days - significant reductions in stress and anxiety, which persisted at 180 days. - more frequent use of the device was linked to greater reductions in stress and anxiety.
