Episode 164:How To Generate Clients In Your Practice With Offers
Getting new clients into your practice and converting into loyal clients is your ultimate goal in growing your veterinary practice. If you want to drive clients into your practice for specific treatments, limited time specials, or even products offers are what are going to drive them in. In today's episode, I give you some tips on how to generate new clients into your veterinary practice by using offers. I'll cover how to make your offer compelling to have higher conversion rates, why offers are important, and how to help improve your offers. Offers are promises you are making to your clients to provide value into their lives. In your offer, you should be showing your clients their before state and how your offer is going to help go to their after state. Tap into the emotions of why your potential clients need this offer in their lives to make things easier or better for them. Terms on offers should be both simple and easy to understand and be simply conveyed. Making terms too difficult and too hard to work around will drive clients away. Call to Actions should also be simple and easy for clients to accept the offer, no jumping through hoops. Choose an easy method to claim your offer. Make the call to action clear and visible in multiple places. Give your clients the who, what, when, where, why, and how of the offer. An important thing to add to your offers landing pages are reviews from your actual clients right in front of their eyes. Reviews help bring logic into an emotional decision by helping justify our decisions. Show potential clients that you are trusted by many and good at what you do. Be sure to listen and let me know if you have any questions, comments or need help with anything!

Episode 163: The 3 Biggest Problems Veterinary Digital Marketers Face.
In Todays Podcast episode I share with you what are the 3 most common problems I see veterinary digital marketers face and how to overcome them. I'll cover how to measure ROI, how to measure the effectiveness of your marketing, and how to overcome difficulties with content creation. Many veterinary practice marketers will tell me these 3 things very commonly and ask what and how they can fix in their marketing. The Most common things veterinary digital marketers will tell me is: 1. ________ isn't working. This is a fill in the blanks kind of statement. many times I have been told "this isn't working" "Instagram doesn't work" or even " this strategy doesn't work" when in reality these methods do work they just need some fine tuning to work properly for each practice. Really think and take a look at you offer or ad, is it clear what you are offering, what is the objective of your marketing, and what is the main goal? 2. I have no time to create content. This another one I hear a lot! Providing content is not only beneficial for your practice but also for clients and customers. content builds communication with your clients where they get the opportunity to get to know, like, and trust you. An amazing idea to use for content is to turn your frequently asked questions or commonly asked about topics into pieces of content that you can use and refer too to help educate your clients. 3. How can I tell what is actually working? Now, this is a valuable question to ask because you don't want to be wasting both time and money on marketing that isn't working. The best way to be able to tell if your marketing is working is to track, measure and monitor your conversions. Again also ask what is the purpose of your marketing, does your ad stand out and draw attention, and is your call to action clear? Be sure to listen and let me know if you have any questions, comments or need help with anything!

Episode 162: Streamlining Marketing Tips For The Time Crunched Veterinary Digital Marketer
Do you ever wish there were more hours in the day or days in the week? I get it! you're a busy professional in your veterinary practice that is crunched for time. In this week's podcast, I share some tips, tricks, and tools that can help you streamline your practices digital marketing. I cover what and how you should be automating, what and how you should be scheduling, tools to use to make your life easier, and what you should never automate. Automation is a huge time saver that will ultimately, in the long run, save you tons of time and money! when using automation you should automate tasks that take up too much of your time frequently or even tasks you dread to do. Emails - In your CRM automate marketing sequences such as email campaigns for special offers, events, and monthly awareness. Chat Bots - Setup automated responses chatbots in facebook messenger to engage and help existing and new clients. Frequently Asked Questions - Create content that focuses and centers around commonly asked questions for new clients and even existing clients to help ease any confusion with anything they may be concerned about. Onboarding and Follow Up Sequences - with whatever medium you chose to use you send out important parts of information to your clients. Scheduling is your next step to streamlining your marketing you should be scheduling both content production and when to put out content. Tools to use to schedule out your content that I recommend to use are Hootsuite, MeetEdgar, and AgoraPulse.Creating a content silo that is filled with all your content that you have to put out across platforms will be able to save you so much time. Now while there are a ton of great thing you can automate and schedule there are just 2 things you should never automate! Comment and reviews and Customer service help, you should be monitoring and responding to all of these things personally to ensure your practice's marketing maintains the human touch. Be sure to listen and let me know if you have any questions, comments or need help with anything!

Today we will be covering everything Instagram ads, where the 8 placements are, the best uses and application of each one, and I'll share some strategies for your ads The 8 Placements of ads on Instagram are Single Image Ads- one single picture that should stand out and call attention to your offer. Video Ads-videos that run up to 120 seconds shows your audience what they will be getting with your offer or even show before and after footage of clients using products or specific services Carousel ads- Multiple pictures allow you to showcase more of the benefits of your offers or even highlights of your practice Lead ads- 2 Forms of lead ads are high intent and high volume Story image ads- a static image be sure to include the swipe up call to action Story video ads- up to 1 minute of content that will be broken up into 10-second clips also be sure to have the swipe up call to action Slide show ads- compiles all the photos you want and turns it into a video ad and Collection ads- Upload through business manager a catalog of products or even services. Now that we know where your ads can be placed our next steps are to figure out who is your ad for, what does the before and after looks like for your ideal client your selling to, make your offer, and let your audience know how they can get the offer.
