What It Takes To Connect Into Your Superconscious

Intuition on demand is a thing! It's easy to think you have to be in the "right mindset" or "mood" to be intuitive, however that's conditional thinking and often born out of the ego. Intuition when you want it and need it can be available to you, not just randomly or when you least expect it.Support the show

Take An Ego Minute, Then Get Back On Track

Since COVID-19 some of my coaching clients have fallen off the bandwagon of making daily choices, tuning into their higher wisdom and taking action to retrain their subconscious mind. Life turned upside down and with new ways of living, being and working came about and with that, they stopped the things that served them. It's normal and natural to take a minute to regroup and settle into new realities, but to ride that excuse for weeks and months is simply the ego taking over and creates lame excuses. Support the show

Your Ego Will Place Conditions On How YOU Should Be When You Live Your Life's Purpose

There can be delusion thinking when it comes to living your life purpose. Many of my clients who are starting out in their life purpose believe they should be rocking up to everything they do with a pump full of passion and excitement and feel bad when they don't. I 100% get this as I did this in the beginning. I would say to myself, "if I'm not excited about it then maybe this isn't meant for me!" Countless times I have almost thrown in the towel because of this limiting belief but learning how to navigate and master the ego brought me back to my senses. Support the show

Relationships In Isolation

Isolation will highlight the cracks in relationships possibly more than every, now that everyone in your household is home (if you live with others). When COVID-19 set in, Steve and I needed a hardcore check-in to remind ourselves of the end result of our relationship and what we were willing to commit to, to not drive one another mad! Stress, plugging into the TV and sniping at one another wasn't going to cut it so here's what we did (and still do) to keep us connected to what matters.Support the show

Transformation Is Ugly

Think about the times when you've had a Universal smackdown in areas of your health, finances, relationships or job. Remember how, "ewe" and, "yuck", it felt to go through a period that required old and outdated ways to be faced, torn down and needing to start a-fresh? It felt better when you reset, rebuilt and recreated your life with more self awareness and a solid foundation, yes? Well I believe this is what we are experiencing globally right now.Support the show

Let's Keep Our Heads In Check During The Corona Virus Disruption

Right now our freedom to go out without second thought, shop with an abundance of food on our shelves, see our friends and fam, go to concerts, shows, travel, run businesses, etc is being disrupted. And I’m hearing noise that we’re fkd off about that! Just remember that each of us have a part to play in slowing down this virus so it doesn’t overrun our healthcare system and medical professionals. Humans feel threatened when something is being taken away from us and right now it’s our freedom to do as we please and live our lives as normal. —But right now we could do with a tad more gratitude and reflect on all the times we had full shelves of food, to have the choice to do as we please, that business ran seamlessly to keep us fed, clothed and entertained. We need to do our part to slow this fkr down whilst keeping the spirit of humanity alive by keeping our heads in check and focused on what matters, eg, keeping yourself and others safe through hygiene measures and distancing when required to help out our medical systems. This shall pass but we all have our outer and inner work to do during this time.Great article: https://medium.com/@tomaspueyo/coronavirus-act-today-or-people-will-die-f4d3d9cd99caSupport the show

Keep Your Emotions In Check

Yeowsa, this is good in theory but way more difficult to practice in the moment when you have emotional charge running through your veins, causing you to feel like sh!t, alone, disconnected or victimised by life. Throughout our days people, situations, conversations, etc are potential triggers that activate egoic stories and beliefs that warp reality. Once reality is warped, it's like you're under a spell and can't control your actions, behaviours or responses and risk saying something you don't mean, or pulling away and hiding from life. Developing emotional maturity begins in the mind, becoming superconscious of your unconscious programming when situations take place that are fairly neutral, but your ego feels attacked. In today's episode I share with you one of my simple yet powerful ego clearing processes to keep my emotions in check, which means I am the master of my actions, and therefore my reality. Support the show

Steve said to me this week, "I'd like to take over your podcast this week and share a story about hope." That's all he said to me and I replied, "okay, sure!" Feeling apprehensive and also a little (don't you fk with my podcast man) we recorded today's episode with him leading it. Little did I know what was about to come but you can bet your bottom dollar I cried. Support the show
