After recording almost 100 shows I often get asked, “What’s your favorite episode you’ve recorded so far?” Similar to a parent, it’s too difficult to pick your favorite. However, one of my favorite people that i’ve had the privilege to interview twice is Justin Sua. Justin is a sports mental performance coach for the Tampa Bay Rays. Prior to working with the Rays Justin spent time with the Cleveland Browns and Boston Red Sox. Being a guy that loves everything that has to do with mindset, I was quickly attracted to Justin and his teachings. Since interviewing Justin on The MiFit Podcast i’ve followed his content every morning and my life wouldn’t be the same without it. So today we are throwing it back to episode 41 and hearing from the legend, Justin Sua.

Catching up with CrossFit Icon Chris Spealler
