Have you ever tried something new and it is so... awkward? You feel like you are faking it and it is just uncomfortable. I share a personal story of when I decided to act like a smart kid, emphasizing James Clear's concept of habits as an embodiment of identity. I discuss how connecting values to desired habits is crucial for long-term integration.
