Two staff members from the Israeli Embassy were shot and killed outside an event being held at the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, D.C. The victims were identified as a young couple, Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgrim. CBS News' Scott MacFarlane has the latest.
