The Los Angeles police are set to present their murder case against Nick Reiner, the son of Rob and Michele Reiner, on Tuesday to the district attorney. Hollywood icon Rob Reiner, who starred in "All in the Family" and was the director of classic films like "The Princess Bride," was found dead, along with his wife Michele, inside their Los Angeles home on Sunday, sources say. Police have called it a death investigation into an apparent homicide. Officials have not released more information regarding the circumstances of the deaths. The popular app Instacart charged customers different prices on the same items bought from the same stores, an investigation from Consumer Reports and progressive think tank Groundwork Collaborative found. Instacart responded, saying, "These tests are not dynamic pricing. Prices never change in real time," adding, "retailers have long tested prices in their physical stores," and saying that 10 retail partners do so in the app. Jo Ling Kent has more. A small plane collided with a car while trying to make an emergency landing on a highway in Brevard County, Florida. The FAA says the pilot reported engine issues moments before attempting to land on the freeway. The driver of the car had minor injuries and the pilot and passengers on the plane were not hurt. A U.K. couple started with a simple message, asking on Instagram if other parents could ban together to start a smartphone-free childhood.
