Episode 309: Lindsey Elizabeth Cortes, Sports Dietitian, Competitive Runner & Entrepreneur

Lindsey is a Registered Dietitian and Founder of Rise up Nutrition.  As former D1 athlete herself, Lindsey is passionate about helping athletes with their relationship with food and fueling for peak performance. We cover a lot in this episode… we talk about the concept of intuitive eating and how we can pair that with fueling to best meet our needs as an athlete. One of my favorite topics we dive into is talking with our kids and teenagers about food, fuel and what to say and what not to say.  I LOVE the concept of encouraging food, not discouraging food. You’ll hear all about that in this episode.
