Hustle & Flowchart: Mastering Business & Enjoying the Journey
Hustle & Flowchart
The Hustle & Flowchart Podcast with Joe Fier is all about how to build a business so it gives you the freedom and fuel for your life.
We discuss systems, mindset tweaks, reframes, and strategies for entrepreneurs (and really anyone) to enjoy the process of being in business and having fun.
This isn't for the entrepreneur looking to build a billion dollar business, rather someone who is looking to build systems that work for you, so you can make more money than you need just by working part-time.
I was a chronic hustle-mode kinda guy and I want to share my experiences and mentors I've met along the way to help you reframe things so you can be the most effective as an entrepreneur.
Join in conversations with Joe Fier and various mentors sharing principles and strategies to put this into action for yourself.
Please enjoy and share with your friends!

We are back with another awesome show with Theo Lucier with a boatload of information! You may remember we had Theo on previously and his episode was super popular as we talked about sleep, having more energy and the best supplements to take. As we come into the seminar season when a lot of events are happening, we realize that those events can be really draining as there’s a change in diet, you are away from your normal routine and you’re on your feet all day. If you are attending these events, we talk about how you can counteract these things. We also highlight how to prep yourself at home or at the office, and there’s a lot of supplement talk, habits, and practices - both free and paid stuff. You’ll have everything you need to not only succeed at home but also feel your best away from home as well. We also love getting feedback on this type of stuff, so let us know what you think about this subject and/or what types of subjects you’d like us to ask in the future and what types of topics you want us to cover. After you are done, you’ll definitely want to check out our previous show with Theo as well as our show with Joe Cohen for even more tools to add to your health and wellness library. “Let’s just focus on your body first, because you don’t have to think about it, just do certain things and your body is provided the conditions it needs to begin repairing itself...and before you know it you can think more clearly and that’s when you have the energy and the willpower.” - Theo Lucier Some Topics We Discussed Include: The turning point over the last few years where ‘Hustle & Grind’ has changed to slowing it down and taking care of yourself first How to pick the right MCT oil to avoid the dreaded disaster pants The best group of supplements you will ever need, plus a shortcut to get almost everything you need in one capsule What the heck the Flexner Report is and why it’s affected the way we think about medicine today The one thing that 80% of folks in North America are lacking and what to do about it Why you can’t just think yourself better and how to use a bottom-up approach to attach depression, anxiety, and other health-related issues Tons of tips for attending events, and how to ensure that you will be on top of your game, even when you want to imbibe at that after-hours event after hours, (including the best ways to avoid a hangover the next day) So many amazing recommendations on how to supplement for the best results, where to find them all and which ones to take in unison and when The difference between various types of salt and water, simple things that we should all pay attention to And much, much more! Doc Williams - The Gary Vee Content Model 2.0
We are back and on today’s show, we are chatting with Doc Williams, an awesome guy who approached us to be a guest on our show. We couldn’t say no as we realized he came with so much value and a model that was easy to follow, that we really wanted to share it. Doc comes across as someone who has lived many lifetimes, going through a variety of businesses through the ages (even though he’s close to our age). He’s worked with ESPN, AppSumo, an Olympic medal team, he ran his own CrossFit gym, even a candy store! He’s done so many interesting things in his life, and he’s one of the very few people who have made the cut through reaching out to us directly with his model. He’s also worked with VaynerSports and is clearly someone who makes stuff happen. You’ll hear how Doc takes the concept of creating content, which can be super time consuming and leans into what your personality is best suited for, then repurposing that content in a way in which you are getting it in front of the right people. You’ll also learn which channels are working and how to set up your own content funnel to keep it as simple for you so you don’t get overwhelmed trying to be everywhere, all over the various social media channels. After you are done, check out our talks with Paul Clifford and David Sinick as we discuss content syndication, content upgrading and speeding up the process for promoting and creating content. “If the opportunity is there, I just try to listen as much as possible...how could be of use.” - Doc Williams Some Topics We Discussed Include: Matt was the first person in his high school to do…..? Listen and find out! What things Doc would do differently if he had to start all over again How Doc turned a reality show opportunity into a new business idea What type of content you should be focused on providing in your business and why you don’t need to be everywhere, all the time across social media Doc’s personality assessment test, why everyone should take it and how you can get a copy for yourself How to run tests of your smaller pieces of content to know what works and get the right feedback from the right people first What Doc learned from selling candy at a young age to his friends And much, much more! Chris Krimitsos - Get Over Your Fear of Failure In 7 simple Steps
On our last show with Chris Krimitsos we chatted about his podcasting event, Podfest. At a lot of events we’ve attended, there's a lot of chest pumping but Podfest was the first event where the consensus was more about supporting each other and collaboration. Ever since then, we’ve been obsessed with the Podfest community and started to ingrain ourselves into the podfesting world because we love that perspective so much. In today’s show, we dive into how awesome Podfest is, why you should definitely attend, all the cool swag and raffle items they have there, the special event that we are hosting this year, and so many other details that really sets this event apart. On the business idea side, just consider how many ideas are still roaming around in your brain, waiting to be acted on. What if you started that thing you always said you’d do, even if it was imperfect? We also chat about Chris’ book Start Ugly, how he got the idea, who the main characters are based on in real life, and why it’s important for everyone to read it because of these very reasons and more. When you’ve listened, be sure to check our previous show with Chris as well as our show with September Dohrmann for more tips on how to get the most out of attending events as well as for building systems not only for marketing events, but your business in general. “You think because someone is more successful than you, they figured it out. The 7 step system to starting ugly which will get you started and continuing to move ahead What makes Podfest different from other events and why you should attend How Chris came up with his book idea and a quick summary of this call to arms to encourage you to take action on your ideas and creations so you can release yourself from the chains of perfectionism Why is Joe sitting in an old lady rocking chair during the show? We’re back and on today’s show, we are joined by Bedros Keuilian who runs the Empire Mastermind and the Empire Podcast show with another one of our former guests, Craig Ballantyne. Bedros is a cool guy who discovered his passion for helping people early on in life. We talk about his interesting past and how his father helped his family flee the Soviet Union when he was a child plus how growing up a poor foreigner, constantly on the move helped him to become resilient and an influencer, even at a young age. Therapy Session 👥 Unapologetic Affiliate Marketing Strategies
We are back today with another awesome Therapy Session which we recorded right after we finished creating a training course over at WealthFit. Their process for creating courses is amazing, and one of these days we’ll make a behind the scenes video for you. This segways into our focus of creating more content for other platforms, such as courses. Also on today’s show, we discuss some things that have changed since our last therapy session episode, some areas in our business that will be given less focus and where we are headed going forward. We also had some a-ha moments lately, which has helped to really zone in on our future business plans and helped our creativity to really take off. We talk about our affiliate marketing strategies, what most affiliate marketers are doing wrong, and how to set yourself apart from the rest, to build up the most value and have a supportive, tuned-in audience for the long term. After you’ve soaked all this in, be sure to check out our shows with Dustin Mathews and Robert Farrington for even more insight on how to scale your business and capture an audience that loves your content. “We masterminded a few days ago about how can we make this podcast even better, how can we make it more valuable to the listener, how can we provide even more freely and make it so people listening would go ‘Damn, I would have paid for this information’. That’s really our goal with this show.” - Matt Wolfe “We love to experiment and tinker and go down business models, of course, but we also love to share what we are doing and actually see results from other people.“ - Joe Fier Some Topics We Discussed Include: An update to our latest update and what we are really focused on now All the cool events we will be attending and speaking at in the next few months and how you can meet up with us How we realized where we should put our attention (and tips on how you can make the most out of your business intentions as well) One key thing we are doing with our affiliate traffic that almost no one else is doing, but is a huge asset to our business One of our latest “a-ha” moments, which seems so simple, but was a real eye-opener and led to a huge burst of inspiration for new ideas What most affiliate marketers are doing wrong and how to market products the right way so the big ad networks will love you What people really want when looking at products and how to convert search traffic into buyers Soooo many shout-outs in this episode, too many to list.
