EP 47 - The Human Skill Of Marketing
Is marketing a human skill? It’s a question that Han was inspired to answer after The LPI’s latest Learning Live Networks event. And so she’s done just that, by having a one-woman debate live on the podcast. (We know… arguing with herself on a podcast… we always knew she was weird 🙃) But weirdness aside, Han takes a deep dive into the skills L&D needs to develop to accelerate their marketing efforts, so this is one not to be missed. Happy listening!

Ep 46 - Storytelling with Nick Shackleton-Jones
If you haven't heard of NSJ, where have you been? 👀 Nick's an industry stalwart and has drastically shifted how we think in L&D. He's the author of 'How People Learn" (great book btw) and is responsible for coining the ‘courses to resources’ shift, the first general theory of learning (the Affective Context Model), and is now leading the way with the 5Di (human-centred learning design) approach.
He joined Ash recently to talk about all things marketing. We were hoping for heated debates, but these two brains were deeply aligned about the changes our industry needs to make, and most importantly, why we need to be doing more great marketing for learning®. T'is a great one - and hey, look, if you don't like the content just listen in for Nick's dulcet tones.
