In other words, have conviction so it’s again keeping two opposing ideas in your head. One of them is having conviction and the other one is not being fully committed to an idea until it’s proven itself. So, the solution to that, to have those two opposing ideas in your head simultaneously is to take risks. What is conscious leadership and how can it help leaders of America’s top companies and organizations? “constantly be reminded or remember that at the end of their life, whenever that’s going to be, that they look back and be proud of the life that they’ve led. Not just the job they did all the company they created or how many employees that they had or how many hundreds of thousands or millions or billions of dollars that they’ve earned but to truly look at their legacy. Not that you want to linger on that or allow it to drive your life to a large extent but never lose sight of your legacy, never lose sight of having fun, never lose sight of recognising that we are all human beings and we make conscious and unconscious choices each morning about how we are going to show up in the world. Being really intentional about what you are doing and why you are doing it”…[Listen for More] Click Here for Show Notes To Listen or to Get the Show Notes go to https://wp.me/p6Tf4b-79T
