#47 Managing Your Mental Health ft. Michael David Chapman
We are happy to talk about when we feel tired, physically ill or injured, but refrain from doing so when it's linked to our mental health. Mental health issues don't discriminate and we can sometimes feel we need to suppress them or perhaps not fully acknowledge them. But that isn't the answer; we need to as a collective, particularly men, become more open with talking about it, creating platforms through the use of social media and face to face, to encourage others to feel comfortable in talking about it.
Whilst we can't solve this in one episode of a podcast, we can be part of that collective voice. So on this week's episode of Not Another Sales Podcast, I'm joined by Sales Leader and Mentor, Michael David Chapman.
Michael will be sharing his experience, insights and very raw story of the mental health issues he has faced in his life so far. We'll be talking about ways in which organisations can support this and advice for those who feel they may be in this space. This is linked to Mental Health Awareness week, so I would ask if you find the episode useful, send it onto a friend.
