We began our discussion reviewing the pros and cons of being a franchise. Mike and Steve share exactly how their model works for all of their offices. The biggest change in going from the technician to the business owner revolves around how is think going to cost me and is this the best thing? Christina talks about how things have changed in moving from the break-fix model to MSP. Part of that transition is re-evaluating her stack. Along with cutting expenses, Chrisina is now investing back into the business instead of paying herself a huge paycheck.
