AppRiver had long been regarded as the flagship organization for their Phenomenal Care, customer service that went well above and beyond in support of their partners and service offerings. After being acquired by Zix in 2019, then OpenText in 2021, I wasn't sure where that phenomenal care had gone. The AppRiver Partner Day, held December 1 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel, was a first step to reassure us that AppRiver and OpenText were still committed to helping partners grow. One perk for attending the event involved an instructor-led training to prepare for the Microsoft MS-900 Certification Exam focused on Microsoft 365 Fundamentals. This podcast was recorded back on October 16.  Join Dan for a live show on November 30 at 8 PM Eastern.===== Topics discussed in this showDan and I first chatted about DattoCon 22.  It was good to get back out to live conferences in full force this year.We then talked about Kaseya One, the front-end platform featuring single sign on, integrated billing and unified support for all of your Kaseya products. This was designed to help alleviate vendor fatigue.  You no longer need to open a different portal for every product. Kaseya puts everything in one place. Kaseya also released a new product called Powered Services. This is essentially a "Done for You Social Media" program to assist with your MSP Marketing.  Speaking of Marketing, Dan brought up the idea of starting a podcast for your business for your local community, without selling. Invite other business leaders in your area as guests and talk about what's going on in your community. We finish the podcast with a look ahead into 2023. Aunia returns to the show to talk specifically about her digital marketing business.
