In this Member Showcase, we talked with Christine Duguay (Doo-GAY), a Learning and Development Specialist at ThoughtExchange. Christine has been working in L&D and HR for about twenty years and prides herself on her ability to see the possibilities in people and is passionate about seeing them reach their full potential. We discussed her journey as an Instructional Designer, the important role trainers have in organizations, and also the Mindfulness-Based Teaching and Learning Graduate Certificate she's starting. We've had Jaime Villanueva on the broadcast a couple of times now, and like the first time, in this episode he had lots of valuable and practical advice for instructional designers.
