Universal Design for Learning (UDL) in All Spaces and Places with Dr. Suzanne Ehrlich
It was a pleasure talking about Universal Design for Learning (UDL) with Dr Suzanne Ehrlich.
Suzanne is a founder of the UNITE Design Lab at the University of North Florida. The UNITE Design Lab is also a sponsor a next week's Accessible and Inclusive Design Conference.
So in this episode, we covered what UDL is, why it's vital for organizations, and how you can start shifting your mindset to begin accommodating UDL in your work.
Suzanne is definitely a positive and upbeat educator that, in this conversation, inspired me to continue striving to achieve a mindset that prioritizes and maintains accessibility and inclusivity in all of the projects I work on.
Give this one a listen, hopefully you'll also be inspired --- and if anything, it's a great warm up session for next week's event at AIDC21.com and an excellent way to begin integrating UDL into your mindset.

What Philosophy Can Teach Us About Learning with Anja Hartleb-Parson
Here's another episode with Anja Hartleb-Parson, who many of you know as a Data & Analytics L&D professional. But in this conversation, Anja discussed what philosophy can teach us about learning. And if you're like me, there was a whole lot to take away from this one.
Anja offers a great historical perspective of the way philosophy influenced how knowledge is shared, and even what is shared. And ultimately, modalities in which learning is channeled --- which still stands today.
It's heady stuff and not anything we've ever covered before in a TLDCast, which makes it that much more special, and provocative, and intriguing. And worth a listen.

In this episode, we talked with Kate Udalova of 7taps.com.
I was introduced to Kate earlier this year at our first Community Day, and I remember how she came across as being authentic and approachable.
And the same held true in this Member Showcase conversation. Perhaps that's why her authoring tool and platform, 7taps, has such an avid following.
So give this episode a listen, and if you're interested, try 7taps - it's free - and it goes a long way knowing that Kate, the CEO and Founder, is authentic, open, and just a direct message away.
