185: Boundaries with Parents - Answering Your Questions

On my IG page, I posted a few polls on boundary setting, asking "who do you struggle to set boundaries with the most?" - after a few polls, the results came in. Most of you voted saying that you struggle the most to set boundaries with your parents.I posted another story requesting any questions on the topic of boundaries with parents, and decided to do a *new* Q&A style episode. As mentioned in the episode, I am not offering one-on-one advice on my page or on the show. I am simply sharing my personal experience with the topics I can relate to. There's no one size fits all in these scenarios.Hope you enjoy the episode and are able to take something away!
