Hi all! I'm excited to share that I've officially completed my Master's program and am on my way to becoming an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (hopefully very soon!)

Until then, I wanted to share some feelings that have come up for me, including anxiety around the future, grief that comes with change, and more.
