Andrea Hogg is a highly experienced leader in adult education, leadership development, and community resilience, currently serving as the Director of Leadership Innovation at the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation (ARLF). She is dedicated to fostering leadership in rural, regional, and remote Australia, ensuring communities are equipped to navigate complex challenges such as climate change, demographic shifts, and economic transitions.With a strong background in leadership program design, adult learning theory, and community development, Andrea has played a pivotal role in shaping experiential learning programs for up to 800 participants annually. She specialises in place-based leadership development, incorporating First Nations knowledge systems, adaptive change frameworks, and trauma-informed practice to strengthen social capital in communities. Her work includes designing resilience programs for disaster recovery and mentorship initiatives to support individuals in regional Australia.She is also deeply involved in academic collaboration, contributing to research-informed leadership practices that bridge the gap between theory and practice and is a committee member for the design and delivery of the Leadership Development Summit in Canberra in December 8th to 10th.
