TPS 145: Fat food and Chiropractic with Dr Bryce Fleming

This week Dr Brett interviews another young Chiropractor doing great things in health, wellness and the Paleo community Dr Bryce Fleming. As a child Bryce was by his own admission dealing with emotional issues, had trouble integrating into school and overweight. He bravely decided to make a change and exhibited tremendous courage and determination in doing so but found it hard to get results using the conventional advice of eat less, eat low fat and exercise more. He suffered from muscle wasting, skin breakouts, digestive issues, fatigue and even anger. He turned his life around my adopting a Paleo lifestyle including more fats in his food, more functional/intense training and Chiropractic care and has now become a beacon of his Newcastle community.
