It all comes down to winning - Cameron Davidson

In this episode, I sit down with someone I consider to be a mentor of mine - a person who was a massive influence on me as a coach early on in my career, from the way he carried himself in the weight room to the professional curiosity he approached his work.  Cam Davidson’s resume speaks for itself at this point.Cam is in his 4th year as the director of strength and conditioning at Colorado College. Previously, he spent 13 years as a strength coach at Penn State. In that time, his teams combined for a total of 10 national championships, and over 20 conference championships. He was also the director of strength and conditioning at the College of Charleston, and an assistant at Clemson University and Marshall University prior to Penn State. Cam has been a competitor in many sports over the years, including powerlifting (national champion in 1999), wrestling (University of Wyoming), Weightlifting (national competitor and 4x PA state games champion), and currently competes as a blue belt in jiu jitsu (2x 3rd place Denver Open (in weight class and absolute division).
