Are you Numbing instead of Healing?  Have you ever gone through a break-up and woke up with the worst tequila hangover of your life?  Then maybe that hangover continued into a 3-week blurry mess filled with shopping sprees, taco bell, Ben & Jerry’s and nights you barely remember….
