Biz Series: Started from the bottom now we here

I get so many questions about business and social media use that I thought I’d do a whole Biz series for all you business peeps out there (or maybe you don’t have a business but you are thinking about starting one) I’ll be keeping it real with you and sharing it all. The tools, the tips and the things I did in order to go from can’t buy bread, no clients, starting from zero to making over $300k in 18 months with only my Instagram. Today’s episode is a little ‘How I did it’ intro to this Biz podcast series. As always I am to be the example of what’s possible when you work on yourself, heal your shit and show up in service as your authentic self.Want to meet in real life?I’m taking my creating confidence masterclass global! How to make real impact on social media

Listen ladies, we’ve got to stop treating social media like it’s the devil. You know why people say it’s toxic? Because they’re following fake as shit accounts where the grid is perfect, the stories are perfect, the kids look perfect and there’s not a shred of hair out of place. It’s not social media’s fault, it’s our fault. We need to stop putting on this mask that everything is fucking perfect, and just be okay with the fact that it’s not. We’re all real people. We all have real problems. We all poo. You know what I’m saying? Perfection is what is keeping us disconnected from each other, and that’s what I’m coming at you to say today. This is an Instagram live that I did, and I felt it was still so relevant that I had to share it with you on the podcast. So listen up ladies. Stop trying to be something that you’re not to avoid the judgement. People are going to judge you no matter what you do, you’ve just got to work on being okay with it.Want to meet in real life?I’m taking my creating confidence masterclass global! Life Lessons Series: Reuniting with my Dad after 20 years

Today’s episode is a very emotional one. I hadn’t seen my dad in 20 years. My mother hasn’t seen him in 20 years. I decided to fly him to Australia for New Year’s Eve. This has been one of the most healing things I have ever experienced. I talk about my story with my dad, how he kidnapped me when I was 7. How I got the chance to hear his side of the story which was very different. It’s been incredible to reconnect with my dad after all this time. I hope that this episode empowers you to believe that you can rewrite your past in order to reclaim your future. IGTV Rant: People don’t trigger you. YOU get triggered.

Recently the amazing January Harshe shared a VERY IMPORTANT message about TW (trigger warnings) on her post on her @birthwithoutfear Instagram and it really got me thinking. So many of the women I come across will say someone triggered them and I have to tell you right now that how you respond to someone’s behaviour is your choice. Are people rude, hard work and inappropriate sometimes? Yes!  But how you choose to respond is your RESPONSIBILITY. (RESPONSE • ABILITY) your ability to respond.I am not saying it’s ok how people act but I am saying that you choosing your response and working on your stuff when it brings something up for you, is where your power lies.I am and have always been about us taking responsibility back. If there is something showing up for you, it’s an opportunity for you to get to working on it. Getting into the subconscious patterns, thoughts/feelings and beliefs that may be coming up for you.As Byron Katie says “An unquestioned mind is a world of suffering” I hope this serves you my love  x EWant to meet in real life?I’ll be taking my creating confidence masterclass globally! Why I don’t take anything personally and neither should you

I am and have always been a bold stand. I speak freely and share my truth (with love always) but there are times when someone may not agree with me.  There are definitely times where I get feedback about how much I swear or how strongly I speak my voice about certain topics, but I have a choice as to how I respond. I recently shared a post on Instagram speaking about triggering and I got a lot of feedback on that post. I share in today’s episode about how I don’t take things personally and why it’s been such an amazing and freeing way to live. If you are someone out there who takes things personally and finds it difficult not to, this is definitely the episode for you. Enjoy it my love and as always, please feel free to reach out, share it with me, tag me on Instagram and let me know how this information has helped you!Want to meet in real life?I’ll be taking my creating confidence masterclass globally!
