Life Lessons Series: Reuniting with my Dad after 20 years

Today’s episode is a very emotional one. I hadn’t seen my dad in 20 years. My mother hasn’t seen him in 20 years. I decided to fly him to Australia for New Year’s Eve. This has been one of the most healing things I have ever experienced. I talk about my story with my dad, how he kidnapped me when I was 7. How I got the chance to hear his side of the story which was very different. It’s been incredible to reconnect with my dad after all this time. I hope that this episode empowers you to believe that you can rewrite your past in order to reclaim your future. Thank you so much for listening, with all my love x EWant to meet in real life?I’ll be taking my creating confidence masterclass globally! IGTV Rant: People don’t trigger you. YOU get triggered.

Recently the amazing January Harshe shared a VERY IMPORTANT message about TW (trigger warnings) on her post on her @birthwithoutfear Instagram and it really got me thinking. So many of the women I come across will say someone triggered them and I have to tell you right now that how you respond to someone’s behaviour is your choice. Are people rude, hard work and inappropriate sometimes? Yes!  But how you choose to respond is your RESPONSIBILITY. (RESPONSE • ABILITY) your ability to respond.I am not saying it’s ok how people act but I am saying that you choosing your response and working on your stuff when it brings something up for you, is where your power lies.I am and have always been about us taking responsibility back. If there is something showing up for you, it’s an opportunity for you to get to working on it. Getting into the subconscious patterns, thoughts/feelings and beliefs that may be coming up for you.As Byron Katie says “An unquestioned mind is a world of suffering” I hope this serves you my love  x EWant to meet in real life?I’ll be taking my creating confidence masterclass globally! Why I don’t take anything personally and neither should you

I am and have always been a bold stand. I speak freely and share my truth (with love always) but there are times when someone may not agree with me.  There are definitely times where I get feedback about how much I swear or how strongly I speak my voice about certain topics, but I have a choice as to how I respond. I recently shared a post on Instagram speaking about triggering and I got a lot of feedback on that post. I share in today’s episode about how I don’t take things personally and why it’s been such an amazing and freeing way to live. If you are someone out there who takes things personally and finds it difficult not to, this is definitely the episode for you. Enjoy it my love and as always, please feel free to reach out, share it with me, tag me on Instagram and let me know how this information has helped you!Want to meet in real life?I’ll be taking my creating confidence masterclass globally! How to not go Cray Cray this holiday season

“It’s the most wonderful time of the year..“ Or not! The holiday season for most people is extremely difficult. In today’s episode, I wanted to give you some actionable tips and things to consider when moving into one of the busiest most hectic times of the year. Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, the end of the year is usually a time where most of us have to exercise our values, our boundaries and start practising everything we’ve been learning about working on ourselves. Some of the topics are covered in this episode are:  How to create an intention so that you may get the results you desire this season How not to allow family dynamics to trigger you into old patterns and behaviour How to set boundaries for yourself and your family unit Discovering different ways to approach food and alcohol this season Plus so much more. Basically, I want to give you permission to be who you need to be this season and if something is not working for you then knowing it’s okay to say no I walk away from it. As always I hope deserves you and I wish you the best holiday season ever. X E Want to meet in real life?I’ll be taking my creating confidence masterclass globally! Trauma shame

I can’t tell you how many women I speak to that have shame around their trauma or lack of. This is something I wanted to address as its stopping us from connecting and from doing the inner work. Your trauma isn’t “too much” or “not bad enough”. Your experience matters and you deserve to be able to work on you without shaming yourself. I hope today’s episode helps you realise this. Always love, E x Want to go deeper into this work?  If you are enjoying my podcast you gotta check out The Sistahood, my year-long coaching experience. Being masterful matters

Today we discuss the importance of you and every woman in the world, having a safe space. As you know I am always preaching about community, sisterhood and tribe and I invite you to look where you can find something like this for yourself. One of the biggest problems we have in this world of instant gratification is that we be lacking patience y’all. I have so much respect for time and what it takes to stand in mastery. Mastery doesn’t happen overnight. Today’s episode is all about Mastery and why we need to be committed to PRACTICE, become CONSISTENT with the time and energy for us to truly master anything. We all need a safe space to unravel

Everyone struggles, gets sad, deals with hard times and feels at times they don’t know what to do. We have all felt this way. We have all felt defeated, stressed or anxious. The problem is we don’t all have a SAFE, NON- JUDGEMENTAL place to unravel, to be heard and seen unapologetically. Today we discuss the importance of you and every woman in the world, having a safe space. As you know I am always preaching about community, sisterhood and tribe and I invite you to look where you can find something like this for yourself. X E👑 Want to request a podcast?
