6 Ways to Grow Your Social Media For Free [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Are you looking to expand your social media presence but wondering where to start? Join Rob in this new episode as he discusses how you can organically grow your social media platform. Learn the importance of ensuring you have profiles on each and every social media platform available, how to post consistent content as well as how to get the social media algorithms on your side.   KEY TAKEAWAYS Make sure you have active profiles on each of the available social media platforms. Whilst you may not spend a lot of your time on some of the channels so as to avoid spreading yourself too thin, you should have them all set up. The reason being is to appeal to a wide demographic of potential customers. Profiles on some platforms rank really well on Google, therefore the more social media accounts you set up, the higher you rank on Google.   Start posting consistent content on your favourite social media platform. You want to get steady and consistent on your main channels. Repurpose content across all your platforms. You will only need to record the content once, and you are able to utilise this across your platforms to get maximum reach for that one piece of content.   Whilst it is beneficial to repurpose the same content across each platform you are on, it may not be the exact fit for each social media profile. For example, performing a sound bite on a TikTok may not translate well to your Facebook profile. The apex of being a social media influencer is being able to create and post unique content for each different social media platform.   Some social media platforms’ algorithms will only reach up to 3% of your audience. This essentially means that there will be large amounts of your followers that will never see your content. Getting them to view your content on other platforms will increase their chance of engaging with you. Things such as posting at different times and changing your background all help to reawaken the algorithm and reach those dormant followers.   BEST MOMENTS “The peak of social media dominance is unique content per platform.” “People find social media, content marketing and building a personal brand really overwhelming.” “Some people say, well what’s the point in having people follow you on more than one social media account.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. RANT: How to Get Your Mojo Back [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Have you lost your passion for business? Are you wondering how you can get your mojo in entrepreneurship back? Today Rob gives you his six top tips on how to get your mojo back and allow your business to keep thriving even during these difficult times. Rob discusses why having a clear vision can help you refocus, why it is important to remember why you started in the first place as well as the importance of surrounding yourself with empowering people. KEY TAKEAWAYS Have a clear vision, and then a mission to deliver that vision. When you are not really sure what it is you are doing and what your purpose as an entrepreneur is then you will become distracted, lost and left wondering why you are doing this. When you become lost, distracted or frustrated tune back into your vision and get back into that frequency which will help you get back on track.   Remember why you started your business in the first place. When you are doing your admin, managing everyone or things have been rocked during the lockdown, you can lose sight as to why you started in the first place. Remember that burning driver and bigger reason which will help refocus you and get you motivated again.   Make sure you are having empowered, inspiring and energetic conversations with people. Are the people around you lifting you up and supporting you? This is vital. If you don’t have that, you don’t have energy and if you don’t have the energy you don’t have velocity and momentum. Your energy is everything in entrepreneurship so you need to ensure you are doing everything you can to have good energy every day.   Know what makes you happy and do more of it. Outsource the majority of things that don’t make you happy. The great thing about being an entrepreneur is that you can hire people to do the admin, coding and accounting. You are allowed to do what you love in your business, what are your core competencies and what do you love doing in entrepreneurship? Being aware of what that is and doing it will make you happier.   BEST MOMENTS “All I have to do is recite that vision to myself, remember what my purpose is on that planet and how I make a difference.” “You have the ultimate choice when you are an entrepreneur because you decided to go on your own.” “Are you doing things that energise you? Whatever that may be!”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. Dramatic Changes to Business, Mainstream & Social Media [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Are you struggling to keep up with the ever-evolving growth of social media and using it to market your business? Today Rob discusses how the use of social media has drastically changed the way we market our businesses. Learn how social media has allowed businesses to gain global reach, why it is important to create consistently high-quality content and how this can be repurposed for each of your channels. KEY TAKEAWAYS Advertising over the years has changed dramatically. Before the rise of social media, businesses were reliant on print, TV or radio media to help market their business. Companies would have to risk thousands of pounds in the hopes that somebody would call their number. Now you pay per click on platforms such as Google and Facebook. You are able to create your own daily budget depending on your marketing allocation.   The amount of reach a business can get has massively increased. In previous years the majority of business was local, whereas now all business has the ability to be global. Social media has the ability to allow anybody to have a post that goes viral so long as the content has a meaningful message and the platforms pick up on it.   Rather than using the term ‘content marketing’ you should just use the word ‘content’. It is better to give consistent high-quality content followed by your business pitch than to give a pitch dressed up as pretend content. People don’t mind being sold to when it is something that they want and when the value has already been created.    Sometimes a post that is shared no more than 25 times can reach up to 1 million people. Sharing is a great way to get extra reach. If your followers deem your content as being useful, and those other people could potentially benefit from it. They will then share it and increase your overall reach. You may find that you will see an increase in the number of shares you receive if you verbally ask your followers to do so.   Creating a multi-media strategy whereby you are utilising all the social media platforms available to you by posting consistently and regularly allows you to create multiple leads and multiple streams of income. It is important to be on multiple streams of social media. Perhaps make one platform your main focus and make it great, and then repurpose your content to other platforms. You will then see an increased amount of followers and engagement.   BEST MOMENTS “Too many opportunities are better than not enough opportunities.” “You either sell or you don’t sell, but you don’t pretend.” “Stick at it, keep putting the content out there and stay consistent and the rewards will come back to you.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. Caffeine Cast: Why Confidence Isn’t a ‘Thing’ (& What it Really is) [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Have you always thought that ‘confident ‘ people were just born that way? That it is something you either have or you don’t have? Rob tells you why confidence is not a thing and what it really is. Learn today how confidence is really just certainty in different areas of your life, how being uncertain in one area of your life should not transmit into another area, as well the importance of not allowing others to rock your confidence.   KEY TAKEAWAYS These identities that we place on ourselves are just our ways of making meaning of a very complicated world that is difficult to understand. In reality, you are not an introvert or an extrovert. You are either certain or uncertain. If you are certain about something then you will become it.   It is very important for you not to label what you think you are based on how you feel. Experiencing rejection or upset will rock your certainty, just because it rocks your certainty today doesn’t mean that that is now your reality. What happened to you today and how you feel today does not have to be the same tomorrow. A feeling of uncertainty in one area of your life does not have to transmute to all areas of your life.   Where you have certainty you have confidence and where you have uncertainty you don’t have confidence. Therefore confidence is nothing to do with confidence; it is transient and not perennial. Confidence is everything to do with certainty. Your job is to become certain. Certain of who you are and what you stand for.   Nobody is fully confident in each area of their life. Confidence is transient meaning that if you have lost it, you can get it back. You may not have it today but you could have it tomorrow.   Certainty is awareness. Anything that you are not aware of is not real to you and anything that you become aware of you become clear about and certain about. If you become aware of your skills and your talents then you become certain, and when you become certain you become confident.   If you are uncertain about who you are you will start to believe the things that other people say about you. If your awareness is on the negative comments people are saying about you, then you will allow that to transmit and reduce your certainty. This means that you were not confident in yourself in the first place. BEST MOMENTS “If you are starting out in business and you haven’t got a lot of certainties yet, that doesn’t have to transmit across to your personal and private life. They are mutually exclusive; they are not the same thing.” “I believe we all learn fast and retain information in things that are very important to us.” “Confidence is not holistic. It comes and it goes and it ebbs and it flows.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. RANT: STOP This Will Ruin Your Business (& Life) [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Are you your own worst enemy? Do you constantly think of the worst-case scenario in every situation? Listen in today to understand why you need to stop this and why it is ruining your professional and personal life. Learn today how the doomsday mindset is something our mind automatically does to us, the importance of looking at the upside of your situation and why having the courage to be disliked can allow you to be free. KEY TAKEAWAYS One of the worst traits you can have as an entrepreneur, which will eventually end up ruining your business and possibly your life is ‘doomsday-ing’. This is the process whereby something happens to you and you immediately start thinking of the worst-case scenario. Many peoples’ brains go wild with fear and they begin ‘worst-case scenario-ing’ to the point where their thinking is extreme and unrealistic.   Nobody wants to have a doomsday mindset, it is something that our brain does to us. One way to stop your mind from going this is by busying yourself. Some people may argue that this is a distraction technique, however, it can work for you in certain situations to stop you focusing on the negative thoughts in your mind.   Another way to distract your mind during a doomsday moment is by thinking of the upside of your situation. Whatever your situation may be, if your brain is constantly thinking of the downsides you should sit down and write down some of the upsides of the situation; What can you learn? Why has this happened? and What is the new opportunity to come from this? Answering these questions can allow you to have a fresh new outlook on your situation, and can help stop your negative thoughts.   Our fears are a prison. Whilst our fears may serve to protect us and at times they can keep us safe, they can also trap us. Feeling these doomsday emotions will stop you from leaning into your fears and embracing them. This is poison to your business, developments and relationships.   Freedom is in the courage to be disliked. If you have the courage to be disliked, then you have the courage to be yourself because you can accept not being liked when you are being your true self. If you do not have the courage to be disliked then you will change and morph yourself to the whims and desires of other people like a chameleon. This mindset will not allow you to be free, as you will be constantly dancing to somebody else’s tune.   BEST MOMENTS “Have you ever worried about something that has never happened? They say 99% of what you worry about will never actually happen.” “When my brain goes into the doomsday mode it goes wild. It creates some amazing fantasies that are never going to happen in a million years.” “In reality, there is no other way. You will always be disliked by being yourself.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. How to Build Your Business (& Assets) From Scratch (LIVE) [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Discover today how to build your assets and business if you are starting from scratch. Listen in today as Rob discusses how creating a minimum viable product which is good and not perfect, can allow your business to evolve, how to utilise social media platforms as well as understanding why it is vital to create a personal brand.   KEY TAKEAWAYS When it comes to products and services where there are no strict health and safety regulations (unlike the aviation and medical industries) then you can create a product that is good enough. Creating a product or service that is good enough is better than having no product at all. Use the mantra ‘start now and get perfect later’.   Minimum viable products (MVP) can still be really good value, as long as you create the fair exchange price. Once you have created your product or service you then seek second, third and fourth-round feedback. Use this feedback to improve your product or service incrementally and then relaunch.   If you ensure that you are utilising social media by having active profiles on each platform, then you will naturally gain a wide followership. Focus your attention on the platforms where you seem to get the best engagement, more followers and the one that brings you the most enquiries.   Creating a personal brand is vital. A personal brand is where you have some influence, status and reach in your industry as well as being a commentator on your respective industry. All your investment in a personal brand and all the content you put out there really pays off in the long run. Creating a personal brand may take a long time but eventually, you will get ‘first-mover advantage’.   To create a successful and profit yielding business, you need to have creativity and innovation. Another great way to make money without money is in trademarks or intellectual property. What is it you know that can convert into money? When you understand your unique talents and genius and convert that latent money into cash money, then you are able to make money without having money.   BEST MOMENTS “You want to be in the markets where your clients are in.” “We don’t want to engage with Coca Cola, we will drink their drinks but we don’t want to engage online and have a debate with Coca Cola. We want to engage online with whoever the owner of coca-cola is.” “You don’t need money to create money.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. Caffeine Cast: The One Secret to Scaling ANY Business [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Discover today what the one way to scale your business is. Listen today as Rob discusses how any business can use this technique to scale their business while maintaining a brilliant reputation in their market. Learn how to listen to your customers’ feedback, learning of your products' inadvertent problems and how solving these problems can allow you to scale your business to become the best in your market.   KEY TAKEAWAYS Your company needs to be able to listen to your clients’ complaints and therefore will need to learn how to solve these problems. Many companies do not necessarily mean to annoy you, they mean to serve you. However, there may still be inadvertent problems with the service. If you ignore these problems you are not serving your clients in the best way possible.   Figure out solutions to your customer’s problems and create a new version of your product or service which has overcome the inadvertent problem and then your customers will be grateful. Customers will be thankful and will continue to use your service in the future.   Ask your customers questions and for their feedback. Care about them enough to want to be able to find out what their pains and problems are. You have to put your own ego and defensiveness away, and understand that your product or service will create inadvertent and accidental problems for the consumer.   You then need to market that these problems have been solved and communicate that to your customers. You then continue to solve problems that your customers may have. Continuously do polls, surveys and speak to your clients about your product, taking responsibility for mistakes that may have occurred and learn to overcome them. If you continue to do that you will have a scaled and connected business that really meets your client’s needs.   BEST MOMENTS “Listen to your clients, ask them questions and care about them.” “It is not just fixing the problem it is about communicating that you fixed the problem.” “Then you win and become the biggest player in your market.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. What Freedom REALLY is (& is NOT) [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Have you always thought that to achieve freedom, you must get rid of all your responsibilities and accountability? Well, listen in to today's episode as Rob explains why responsibility actually equals freedom. Discover today how you can achieve freedom by learning to concentrate your thoughts and accept ridicule as well as focusing your mind on all the wonderful things you have in your life rather than focusing on the negatives.   KEY TAKEAWAYS When you are always looking for something, you are not free. Stop looking at the destination for freedom, stop looking at the people, lack of responsibility and lack of accountability. Your greatest sense of achievement usually happens as a result of doing something meaningful and challenging.   There are two things that freedom really is. Firstly it is the ability to concentrate your thoughts. Focus on the lessons, not the problems as well as focusing on what you are grateful for. This will create a shift in your awareness from scarcity to abundance. Secondly, freedom is the bravery and acceptance of being disliked, ridiculed and rejected, acceptance of this can allow you to be free.   Break your addictions such as social media, overwhelming thoughts and obsessing over your competition. Take all these thoughts and start practicing changing the focus of your concentration. Each time you feel your mind going into a doomsday mode and you begin to start worrying and panicking, acknowledge it and learn to change that awareness to feelings of value and self-worth as well as focusing on all the good things in your life   No matter who you are or what you do, you will always be disliked. Some people will love you and some will loathe you. Once you truly accept that you are able to be yourself and present a true version of you to the world. The courage and bravery it takes to truly be yourself is the ultimate freedom because when you are truly yourself you are not trapped in the imposition of others or society.   When you let go of the perceptions of others, you free up space in your head. The fear of ridicule and judgment occupies thought. As well as being free to say and do as you want (and the liberation that goes alongside that), you also have free time in your head to concentrate on yourself and your own happiness.   BEST MOMENTS “I have had an intense search on freeing myself from the confines of my own mind and fears despite business being amazing.”   “You always want to follow the people who have been there. Sometimes the people who have been there, have to have been through the pain.”   “Isn’t it liberating to say and do things knowing that they are right in your heart, without guilt, without shame and without second-guessing yourself all the time.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. The Worst Advice I've Ever Been Given [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Have you ever reflected on your life journey and thought about the worst advice was that you have ever been given? Join Rob today as he looks back on some of the advice he has received on his business journey and how it turned out to be completely wrong. Find out today why it is sometimes important to give up on things that aren’t getting you anywhere in life, how good advice can actually become bad advice if given in the wrong context and why it is important to have multiple streams of income rather than focusing solely on one business model.   KEY TAKEAWAYS The advice “Never give up” is not always good advice. Sometimes in life, you have to give up things in order to move on. You need to give up things that aren’t working for you and the things you are holding onto as these are not necessarily things that are good for you. Never give up on your dreams and never give up on yourself but you should give up bad habits, triggers, bad investments and uncontrollable emotions.   Many people will say ‘ideas are nothing without action’, that is not always true. You will not be successful unless you take action and you should implement what you learn however there is going to be a large amount of unconscious learning. However, if you keep educating yourself, you may feel as though you are not implementing every single action step but unconsciously you will be, and you will also be building up your knowledge bank for when you need it.   It is really risky just to become completely dependent on one business model, or one business niche because what if that suddenly gets disrupted or you are unable to perform the job due to illness. You need multiple streams of income and you need to be diversified in your investments. Purely focusing on one area of success is extreme advice and extreme advice can become bad advice.   Many business owners and employers still live by the advice “always hire on attitude over experience” this is not always good advice as you may end up with the wrong person for the role. If the person you are interviewing is perhaps a little bit quirky or are not much of a people person then this is fine so long as this is not a key part of their role. As long as the person is good at their job and their personality does not affect this then it should not really matter.   Often, when you are not feeling great in yourself you can transmit that into other areas of your life. You need to be able to compartmentalise and not let other things derail you or make you have a lower belief in yourself and stop you from doing what you do, and doing it well. Many entrepreneurs are really impatient and sometimes they become self-destructive because they push too hard for things, short term fears and impatience can really affect you. BEST MOMENTS “The funny thing about good advice is that it can be bad advice for the wrong person or in the wrong context. In the same way, bad advice can be good advice if it is put in the right context.” “Filling your brain with really good ideas and really good information, courses, podcasts and audiobooks, is never wasted. It is always there locked into the back of your brain for when you are ready.” “You are one good idea, and one inspired idea away from really changing things.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. Caffeine Cast: How To Be Unique [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Discover today how identifying your uniqueness can set you apart in a saturated market. Join Rob today as he outlines how you can extract your own uniqueness by drawing on your own life experience, asking friends, family and previous clients why they think you’re unique and how you can use this to your advantage.   KEY TAKEAWAYS One reason why it is important to show your uniqueness is that it will differentiate you in a crowded market, and it will differentiate you from the rest. Secondly, being unique is great leverage and makes you memorable to your clients. The more memorable you are, the more reach you will gain for your business and thus your marketing costs will be lower. In order to extract your own uniqueness, you must first listen to what other people find different and unique about you. Use your social media resources to find out what people like about you and what they find unique about you. Use these answers to find out what people are consistently saying about your product or service that is unique to others in your market. Look at your own personal experiences in life when identifying your uniqueness. The life you have led makes you who you are which is a uniqueness in itself. Honour who you are and think about what you bring to your business that others don’t by looking at your previous life experiences and drawing on them. What do you do, that is different? And how do you do it differently? Have you figured out a way to market yourself differently? Or perhaps you have hybridised two existing ideas, to create your own unique one. Look at your niche and think about how you are different from the others and how you can disrupt your niche.   BEST MOMENTS “With a lot of people, maybe they are not really sure why they’re better, different or credible. When you extract those out of yourself it gives you more confidence.” “Being unique isn’t just about being one in seven billion.” “You are you, and you do you.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator.
